Dynamic mesh: no slip condition
Quote from Miguel Angel AGUIRRE on September 9, 2026, 12:52 amHello,
I have noticed that the non-slip condition for walls is lost while running a dynamic mesh. This is particularly problematic for inviscid simulations where the non-slip condition is required.
Is this a bug? Is there a way to overcome this issue?
Thanks in advance
Miguel

You can select No Slip or Slip in boundary condition setup window.
If the boundary is moving you should select [Moving Wall] - [Mesh Motion], then movingWallVelocity condition is use instead of noSlip condition.
Thanks
